I am a professional Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I work with individuals, businesses and organizations in the domain of talent and leadership development, career transformation, as well as team coaching.

Before becoming a Coach, I have worked as a Senior Manager and Consultant in the sector of management and strategy consulting for diverse banking and financial institutions (universal banks, private banking pure players, securities services players, etc.).
I have held several regional project manager and client director positions from different locations (Paris, Luxembourg, South Africa and Asia-Pacific), supporting the delivery of multi-functional and multi-cultural transformation and change management programs.
I work with individuals, businesses and organizations (senior executives, managers, entrepreneurs and their teams).
I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), one of the leading international coaching institutions globally, and as such I adhere to the ICF code of ethics and behavior in my coaching practice.

We had a particular challenge with a new, highly complex, high-pace transformation programme, where new team members from different parts of the organisation needed to be onboarded and start to perform very quickly. We decided to enrol Aurelie’s help in bringing the individuals together and support them in progressing as one team. We wanted to focus on building on the team member’s individual strengths, whilst also strengthening the team’s identity, grounded in Capgemini’s culture and values.
Aurelie recommended a structured approach over a period of 3 months, which consisted of group and individual coaching and team building sessions. This gave the team space and time for reflection, self-discovery and focus on how to anticipate and identify potential challenges. The whole process drew out individual strengths while fostering greater team collaboration. The use of Gallup’s Strength Finder built greater self-awareness and learning to collaborate and manage operational project challenges in a thoughtful, self-sufficient manner. The end result is the team successfully delivered the expected outcomes on time and on budget with high levels of client satisfaction.
